Monette concurrently serves as chairperson of Hopkins International Partners, Inc.; president of the Government-Academe-Industry Network (GAIN), and Vice President for Conventions of the Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers (PACEOS). She recently ended her two-year term as chairperson of the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines (WomenBizPH) and now serves as a trustee.
She served on the Tourism Promotions Boards as director representing the Meeting, Incentives Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions, Events Services and Facilities Sector for three years. She also heads the Sub-Working Group for Human Resources of the Philippine M.I.C.E Roadmap 2030. A founder of the Philippine MICE Academy, she regularly lectures there and at the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF) CSR Institute.

She completed AB Psychology at College of the Holy Spirit, graduating Summa Cum Laude; MBM with Distinction at the Asian Institute of Management; and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
A widow, she is mother to three wonderful children: Bea, Cara and Niccolo. She loves to experiment in the kitchen and posts her creations on social media using #casadeduckies.
