Anita Tweats

I am Anita Tweats, CEO of The Finance People and I live in Stone, Staffordshire.

I started my career in finance but developed an interest in business in general and soon realised I wanted to create something of my own, so I set up my first company in 2001.

I am now the founder and CEO of The Finance People. We offer flexible finance staffing solutions nationally and have united hundreds of talented candidates with ambitious growing businesses. I think big and I want the business to help thousands of people to find the perfect role within the right company and equally support our clients’ growth by providing top class talent. I like that I can help to make this happen.

In my spare time I love to run and swim, but I get very little spare time as I have three boys who play rugby, football and cricket – I am the mum that’s always on the side line somewhere.
