Hello darling, I’m Mirela Sula
Founder of Global Woman
After my experience working for many years in the charity sector and then as a trainer of domestic violence, trying to help women end their abusive relationship, I found myself always asking two questions. Why women stay? Why women leave? And obviously among many reasons I came with two big conclusions. They lack confidence and they lack financial freedom. So they feel trapped, unable to react because their mind was programmed with the limited beliefs (especially from past or from the perpetrators) that they are not good enough, and they are not able to live alone without having a man in their life. The truth is yes, as woman we can change life, we can re-programme our mind, we can improve ourselves, we re-create our reality, we can-rebuild our story, restart our journey and master our destiny.
I know how challenging and overwhelming is trying to build a successful business especially being a woman. But you are not alone. I have been working with women since 1996 and I started my first business in 2009. I sold my business in 2012 when I moved to London and then started a new venture here in 2015, which now has grown global and reached more than 30 countries around the world.
Let me tell you why I decided to start this movement with Global Woman.
This is what drove me to stand in this power and be passionate about helping other women do the same, so they become the leader of themselves and not a charity case.
I have been there, and I know what it means to be abused, to fall into that dark zone, to feel isolated, to be scared for your life and your child’s wellbeing, to feel lost in the world and not be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I also know how to get out of this treadmill if for any reason I find myself in that whole again.
I believe we all have that ability to find the light. Women have everything they need: the knowledge, the wisdom, the compassion, the emotional intelligence, the experience, degrees and qualifications. The biggest problem I see most of the time is that they have enough competence but they need more confidence and as a result they can increase their ability to make their own money.
This is also based in my research that I have done, interviewing women around the world. All women need is a voice, to stand in their power, build their confidence and be able to monetise their work, their skills and experience.
The world is ready to accept women as independent and we need to be ready to show that we can do anything. It is ok for women to earn the same as men, and it is ok if sometimes women can be more successful. It is ok that women and men collaborate together for gender equality.
We help women to find their light, get out of their comfort zone, tap into their potential, discover their gifts and share them with the world, to gain their financial freedom, inspire others and bring positive impact in the society.
Thousands of women have joined the Global Woman Club in the last four years and many other thousands have followed us online, asking if there is another way they can reach us. Now, the good news is yes, and now we are ready to reach millions and help women around the world reach their full potential and inspire millions of people around the world.
That’s why I have started this movement to help female entrepreneurs start their business, leverage it, scale it and take it global. How I do it. I have created a proven fast track formula with 7 steps which it can now be all applied online by creating strategies, systems and processes in the digital world.
I’ve built my own hugely successful global business and I have taken it online building a tribe of over 100.000 female entrepreneurs who believe in their potential.
My background is in media and psychology and passionate for women empowerment. I am the owner of 5 magazines, author of 15 books, leader of 27 clubs around the world and the organiser of more than 500 events. I have been speaking in more than 30 stages around the world in the last 12 months, alongside with Grant & Elena Cardone, Gary V, Robert & Kim Kyasaki, Nick Vujiocic, Les Brown, John Demartini, Jane Goodalle, Michelle Mone, Jay Abraham, etc. And now I want to help YOU.
The thing is, no matter how far you are on this journey, knowing how to connect with your true purpose in this challenging time and start using technology to bring more branding awareness of who you are, more sales and marketing funnels, can make you feel overwhelmed if you are alone.
I created the Global Woman Club to help you in whatever stage of the journey you are.
