Yulia Maksimovich is an accomplished entrepreneur, hospitality innovator, and creative strategist with over 16 years of experience in the hotel industry. As the founder of Host Theatre in the UAE and Zabludshie Projects in Russia, she has pioneered unique solutions merging the arts with hospitality to deliver exceptional guest experiences and boost revenue streams. Her leadership roles include serving as Marketing Advisor for Safmar Plaza Hotel Holding, where she successfully established the “Safmar Plaza” brand, launched a loyalty program, and led over 30 campaigns in partnership with major hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, and Holiday Inn. She also shaped the group’s PR strategy, hosting more than 600 events and engaging in city projects that enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
During the Covid pandemic, Yulia introduced her innovative “Zabludshie” solution, bringing theatrical tours into 5-star hotels and revitalizing the industry with creative PR campaigns. A two-time TEDx speaker and seasoned lecturer, she shares her expertise through teaching roles at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and contributions to industry retraining programs. Yulia holds degrees and certifications from leading institutions, including the Higher School of Economics, Skolkovo, and the British Higher School of Arts and Design. Her accolades include winning the Skolkovo Leadership in Startups pitch competition and completing advanced public speaking and communication courses.
As the Regional Community Director for the Global Woman Club Dubai, Yulia is committed to empowering women in business while continuing to shape the hospitality industry with her dedication to innovation and excellence.
