Susanne Fagerström is a distinguished wealth and mindset expert with a remarkable career spanning entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development. Starting in the banking sector, Susanne transitioned into retail in the early 1990s, establishing and managing multiple businesses across industries, including fashion, toys, interior design, and hospitality. She played a key role in introducing prominent brands such as Polarn O. Pyret, KappAhl, and Lindex to new markets while also founding her own retail ventures. With a background in economics from Stockholm University and certifications as an NLP Trainer and Mental Coach, Susanne brings a unique blend of business acumen and communication expertise to her work.
Today, Susanne is fully dedicated to business development, leadership coaching, and personal growth. She empowers individuals and organizations to achieve peak performance through her expertise in leadership, service, sales, and mindset mastery. Known for her inspirational speaking, including a TEDx talk in 2021 on “Master Your Subconscious Mind,” Susanne has also addressed global audiences, including the World Congress for business success. A passionate advocate for self-leadership, she believes that personal attitude and passion are the keys to success. Susanne’s commitment to helping others achieve better results, well-being, and fulfillment cements her reputation as a transformative leader and mindset expert.
