Nicole Beissler

I was born and raised in Germany. Coming from a difficult childhood, where the only support I got was from my grandmother,I left home at 18, became pregnant at 20 and survived not only the abusive childhood, but also an abusive marriage.

I had to adapt a lot in my life and faced a lot of challenges, but never gave up. Without knowing, the mantra my grandma passed on tome was “Don’t listen to others, you are very special!” This helped me to build up resilience and get moving forward, despite the odds of not growing up with a golden spoon or having a university degree.

I moved my way up the career ladder and am now working for a FTSE100 company as Head of Continuous Improvement, with some wide experiences in various industries. I am leading an Integration of an €1.9bn acquisition in Iberia and supporting the business going through a Change process.

Change is my passion. We all face challenges on a regular basis and I help my clients to deal with it in a professional way, by helping them to understand the origin of their fear for change and afterwards building up the resilience and courage to deal with it. Sometimes being courageous means, to take a decision that may turn your life or business upside down – this is also part of my work and style of leadership – to turn things upside down and look on it with a different perspective. Therefore, I combine my coaching sessions with Yoga breakouts and meditation.

From working for over thirty years in the corporate world, I know exactly what the business needs. My goal is to bring more humanity into the corporate world and open the leaders for new ways of leading their business.

I love to support others; hence my volunteering as a Mentor for refugees and young women to help them to get their way first, into the corporate world and then supporting them up the career ladder.

This is how I got involved with Global Woman. I saw an advertisement for a Club opening in Frankfurt, Germany. Without a lot of expectations, I went and got totally inspired by Mirela Sula. The story of Mirela touched me deeply and the vision she is having absolutely matched my own. That is supporting women across the world, giving them a platform where they are safe, supported, and helping them to grow their confidence and watch them developing their self-esteem.

Without really knowing, what I was getting into, I signed up for a membership, already with some ideas about an opening in Spain in my mind. When I attended the Mastermind class with Mirela in London, she placed the idea for the first time.Challenged by Mirela about my WHY I would like to open a club in Spain, my answer that it was because Spain needs it, wasn´t enough. But I never quit on my dreams! My vision has since came true with Alicante opening in December 2019.

I have been living in Spain from 2017 and given my role in Corporate and dealing a lot with Iberia,I know that Spain is longing for such a network. My big goal is to make the Alicante Club the most successful and fastest growing Club in the network. I am convinced, that this is just a start in Spain, and other cities in Spain will follow soon.

My passion is in supporting others, especially women, and my “Can do” attitude is always a guarantee for some valuable take away.  I love going out on my road bike to explore the beautiful landscape in Spain or practice Yoga. I never take life too seriously and always enjoy a good read on the newest brain hacks or mindset techniques, which has helped me to create my own mantra, next to my grandma’s: “I am very grateful for the bad things in my past, they made me who I am today”

I guarantee monthly learning at my breakfast events. I am absolutely delighted to welcome every woman and make them feel special, the way my grandma always made me feel.
